Your Privacy Choices

What we share with advertisers

We do not sell your name or order history for money. But our Site runs advertising and measurement tags — the Meta pixel among them — that collect your device and browser identifiers, IP address, the pages you viewed, and whether you bought. Those platforms use it to target ads to you elsewhere. California calls that a "sale" and a "share"; other states call it targeted advertising. Either way, you can switch it off. Passing your order to Shopify, our payment processor or shipper is not a sale, and it keeps running.

Switch it off on this Site

Click "Your Privacy Choices" in any page footer, set the advertising toggle to off and save. The Site confirms the opt-out is in force. No account, no name, no identity check. The setting lives in that browser only: set it again on your phone, in another browser, or after clearing cookies.

Or let your browser do it

Global Privacy Control is a signal your browser sends on its own. We honor a valid GPC signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing, for every visitor, wherever you live — nothing to send us. If you are signed in when it reaches us, we apply it to your customer record as well. Switch it on per browser and device.

Stop the emails and texts

Click unsubscribe in any marketing email, or email us with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject. Reply STOP to any marketing text — or CANCEL, or a sentence in your own words; any clear request works. Reply HELP for help. We act within 5 business days. Order, shipping and renewal notices keep coming, and neither route cancels a subscription.

Ask us in writing

Email hello@getgoodgrove.com with PRIVACY REQUEST in the subject to opt out account-wide, or to know, access, correct, delete, get a portable copy, withdraw consent, or opt out of profiling. Tell us where you live, the email address on your orders, and what you want. For an opt-out alone that address is enough — we will not ask you to prove who you are, and never send ID or card numbers. In Washington and Nevada you can also ask us to confirm, delete, or stop collecting consumer health data. Behind that address is Veylor Commerce LLC (Wyoming), operator of Get Good Grove, answering seven days a week, usually within a few hours and always within one day; no phone line, nothing to send by post.

If you live in the UK, Canada or Australia

Your own law gives you more than the opt-outs here: access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, or the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. "Your rights" in our Privacy Policy sets them out, and the email address is the same. You can complain to the ICO, the OPC or Quebec's CAI, or the OAIC without asking us first, and our Terms do not take your own courts away from you.

How long we take, and what if we say no

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 calendar days, extendable once to 90 if we tell you why first. An opt-out goes through within 15 business days, and we tell every partner we shared with in the past 90 days to stop. Where your own law is faster — one month in the UK, 30 days in Canada and Australia — that deadline wins. If we refuse, reply within 30 days or write with APPEAL in the subject; someone who did not decide it answers within 45 days. Your regulator stays open either way.

It costs nothing to ask

No fee for a request or an appeal. Asking will never change your price, your 20% Subscribe and Save discount, your 90-day first-order guarantee, or how fast we ship.
