How it works

Tart cherry is not a painkiller and it does not work on the day you take it. It works the way a daily habit works — which is why everything about the way we sell it is built around keeping the habit going instead of getting you to buy once.

1. Two capsules a day

One bottle holds 60 capsules. The serving is two a day with water, so a bottle is a month.

There is nothing to measure, nothing to mix and no schedule to keep. Morning or evening makes no difference; taking it every day does.

2. Choose how much you want to arrive at a time

Three sizes, each on its own cycle, so a delivery lands at roughly the rate the bottles run out.

Subscribing takes 20% off and every subscription delivery ships free, on every cycle, the 1-bottle plan included. A one-time order of a single bottle is the only order that pays postage, and that is $4.95.

Two bottles or more also comes with our Purine Food Guide, and three bottles adds the 90-Day Check-In. Both are PDFs, sent by email.

3. It arrives, tracked

Orders are dispatched within one working day and take 8–12 working days from order to doorstep, to all four countries we serve. You get a tracking link by email at dispatch.

If tracking stops moving for a week, email us and we chase the carrier. If a parcel is genuinely lost, we replace it. Neither of those is something you should have to fight for.

4. You stay in control of the cycle

From your account, without asking us:

• Skip a delivery if you are still stocked up.
• Reschedule the next one earlier or later.
• Change how many bottles arrive, or how often.
• Cancel whenever you like. No minimum term, no fee, no phone call.

We would rather you paused for two months and came back than cancelled because a box turned up while you still had three unopened.

5. Ninety days to decide

We talk in weeks rather than days because that is honestly how it goes.

Weeks 1–2. You are building the habit. Expect nothing dramatic.

Weeks 3–4. The routine is set. Some people start noticing they feel more comfortable after activity.*

Month 2–3. Three months of daily use — the point where most people know whether it stays.

Individual response varies, and that timeline describes how a daily routine settles in rather than a promise of results.

If it has not earned its place by then, email us within 90 days of delivery and we refund what you paid for the product. Keep the bottle. The guarantee covers a customer's first order, one per household, and returns the product price and tax rather than shipping — the full terms are in our Refund Policy.
