Get Good Grove Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Who you are buying from

Get Good Grove is a brand of Veylor Commerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company — the seller, and the name on your card statement. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription and Cancellation Policy, Mobile Messaging Terms and Authorized Resale Policy are part of these terms and control on the procedures they detail. You agree to all of it when you order, subscribe, or opt in to our email or SMS program.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract, and you must buy for your own use or as a gift — not for resale, repackaging, relabeling or export.

Where we deliver

All fifty US states and the District of Columbia, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Nowhere else — not the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, New Zealand or any other country, and not Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, any other US territory, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. An order with an excluded address may be cancelled and refunded in full.

How an order becomes a contract

Your order is an offer; the confirmation email is a receipt for it, not our acceptance. The contract forms when we send your shipment confirmation. Until then we may decline the order or accept part of it — out of stock, a wrong price, fraud signals, a resale order, or more than six one-time bottles per household in any rolling 30 days. If we decline after your card was charged, we refund to the original payment method.

What it costs

One-time prices are $49.99 for one bottle, $79.99 for two and $99.99 for three. Subscription prices are in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy. Prices are set in US Dollars; in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom you are charged in Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars or Pounds Sterling. Shipping is a flat $4.95 on a one-time single bottle and free from two bottles up, the same in all four destinations. US sales tax, where it applies, is added before you confirm. We can change prices at any time, but once we ship your order its price is fixed.

Customs and import charges

On a delivery to Australia, Canada or the United Kingdom you are the importer of record. We do not collect customs duty, import VAT, GST, brokerage or handling charges at checkout, and none of it is in the price you see. The total you confirm is what you pay us — it is not the final cost of the parcel. The carrier or customs bills you at rates your own country sets, and we do not reimburse them. Refuse the parcel rather than pay and it becomes a refused package under our Refund Policy.

Shipping, and who carries the risk

We process orders in 1-2 business days. Delivery then runs 7-15 business days in the United States and 10-20 business days plus customs clearance to Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. Our fulfillment is outside the United States: no US warehouse stock, and no "made in the USA" claim. If we are going to miss it, we email you on or before the date we gave and offer a full refund at no cost; past 30 days we cancel and refund.

Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier — except for a UK consumer, where section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 keeps it with us until you physically have the goods. If a parcel stops moving or never arrives, tell us: we chase the carrier and either replace it or refund you.

Subscriptions, in short

Subscribe and Save takes 20% off the product price of every delivery, and every subscription delivery ships free. You opt in through a separate checkbox that is never pre-ticked.

  • 1 bottle — $39.99 every 4 weeks
  • 2 bottles — $63.99 every 8 weeks
  • 3 bottles — $79.99 every 12 weeks

The cadence follows the supply you buy; you do not pick it separately. None of the three intervals is a calendar period, so each plan bills more often than it sounds like it does. Four weeks comes round about 13 times a year, not 12 — roughly $519.87 a year. Eight weeks is about six and a half deliveries, $415.94. Twelve weeks about four and a third, $346.62. Those are product prices only, and every international delivery carries its own customs charges.

We email you seven days before every charge with the amount, the date and a link to manage, skip or cancel. Cancel any time, free: three steps in the online portal, or an email to hello@getgoodgrove.com — never a phone call, never a retention script. Cancel at least 24 hours before a charge and it does not happen; a charge that goes out after you told us to cancel is refunded in full. Skipping, pausing, failed payments and price changes are in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.

The 90-day guarantee

It covers your first order only, one per customer and one per household, for 90 days from delivery. There is nothing to send back. It pays the product price you paid plus its sales tax; the shipping you paid is not refunded. Email us your order number within the window. Later orders, renewals, lost parcels and damage fall under our Refund Policy, and your statutory rights are not limited by this guarantee.

What we sell, and what it is not

Get Good Grove Tart Cherry Extract is a dietary supplement. Each bottle holds 60 vegan capsules: 2 capsules per serving, 30 servings per bottle. Each serving supplies 360 mg of tart cherry extract (Prunus cerasus, fruit) at a 10:1 ratio, equivalent to 3,600 mg of fruit. Other ingredients: hypromellose capsule, rice flour, silicon dioxide. The label on your bottle governs.

What we publish is general information, not medical advice, and reviews describe one person's experience rather than a typical result.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Do not use this product if you are under 18, pregnant, or nursing. Talk to your healthcare provider first if you take any medication — blood thinners included — if you have a diagnosed condition, or if you have surgery scheduled. Do not exceed the serving on the label, and keep it away from children and pets. Stop and get medical help if you react badly.

Our intellectual property, and what you send us

The Get Good Grove name and logo, our packaging, photography, copy and layout are ours or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal use; you may not copy, republish, scrape, mirror, sell or build on any part of the Site, or use our marks in a domain name, storefront or listing, without our written permission. Send us a review or photo and you keep it, but you let us use it in our marketing with your first name and last initial. Nothing here restricts an honest review of us.

What you may not do

Do not order with a bot or script, or test stolen card details on us. Do not give us false information or a payment method you have no right to use. Do not buy for resale, repackage, relabel, alter or export the product, probe our security, upload anything harmful, or abuse our staff. getgoodgrove.com is the only place a purchase carries our guarantee or any warranty from us. Break these rules and we may cancel orders, close your account and end your subscription.

What we are responsible for

Beyond what we promise here, in the Refund Policy and on the label, the Site and products come "as is," and we disclaim other warranties as far as the law allows — including any promise of a health or lifestyle result. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability is capped at what you paid us for the products the claim is about in the past twelve months. That cap does not apply to personal injury, illness or death, to a defective, adulterated or misbranded product, or to fraud.

Contract claims must be brought within one year — but not injury or product liability claims, claims under consumer protection, advertising, warranty, automatic renewal or privacy law, or where your own law forbids a shortened deadline.

If we have a dispute

Email hello@getgoodgrove.com with "NOTICE OF DISPUTE" in the subject line, saying what happened and what you want. Neither of us starts a case until 30 days later.

After that, disputes go to final and binding individual arbitration before the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules — not to court, and not as a class action. We pay the AAA fees its rules put on a business. Hearings are by video, phone or on documents; any in-person hearing is where you live or in Wyoming, at your choice. Either of us may still use small claims court, ask for emergency relief, or sue over intellectual property. You can opt out within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms: email us with "ARBITRATION OPT-OUT" in the subject line, your name and the email on your order. It is free, effective the day you send it, and changes nothing about your order, price or guarantee. Every notice and opt-out you email us runs from the day you send it, and we confirm it in writing within five business days — that confirmation is your proof of filing.

Wyoming law governs, and claims outside arbitration are filed in the state or federal courts of Wyoming.

If you live in Australia, Canada or the United Kingdom, none of that removes rights your own law does not let us remove. An arbitration clause or class-action waiver unenforceable against a consumer where you live — Quebec and Ontario, for instance — does not apply to you. Your consumer guarantees stand: the Australian Consumer Law, which section 64 makes impossible to exclude; the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase; and Canadian provincial law. You keep your own country's courts, tribunals, ombudsman schemes and regulators, and we will not enforce the Wyoming forum clause against you.

When something is genuinely outside our control

Strikes, extreme weather, customs or carrier disruption, a supplier failure, war, or a government order can delay or stop a delivery. Where that happens we are not liable for the delay itself, but your money is not ours to keep: we will either ship as soon as we reasonably can or refund you in full for anything undelivered, and you can cancel a delayed order at any point before it ships.

Privacy and messaging

Our Privacy Policy covers your rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and US state privacy law. Our use of the Meta pixel and ad partners is a "sale" or "share" under some of them; opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page, where we honor Global Privacy Control. Marketing texts follow the TCPA, CASL, PECR and the Spam Act 2003: express consent, never a condition of buying, STOP to stop, HELP for help, varying frequency, message and data rates may apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. For a material change — the subscription program, the guarantee, our liability, arbitration, or where we ship — we email you 30 days beforehand and say what is changing. A change never applies to a claim already arisen, and a change to arbitration gives you a fresh 30 days to opt out. Cancel before it takes effect if you do not want the new terms.
